Application Process

Step by step procedure For students

  1. Student prints Application off website
  2. Student fills out application
  3. Student gets Financial Agreement Notarized
  4. Student hands their teacher and counselor their QR code as a request for a recommendation
  5. Student delivers application and all attachments directly to Middle College in person or postal service

Step by step for Counselors & Teachers

  1. Scan the QR once received from student
  2. Fill in google form, please log into your sumnerk12.net account or education account
  3. Middle College will access and print the transcript from skyward (if not with Sumner County Schools, email transcript to middle.college@sumnerschools.org)
